3-Day For The Cure

A week from tomorrow, my Mom will be starting a 60 mile journey that will last 3 days.  She's participating for the second year in the Susan G Komen 3-Day For The Cure.  Last year, we went to show our support at one of the cheering stations after getting off the plane from our vacation to London.

They train and train and train all summer long. Hours and hours of walking miles and miles. She doesn't know how proud of her I am! ♥

Fundraising is involved from each participant, and although she has already reached her goal I'm sure she (and boobies around the world) would really appreciate your donation.  Really, even five bucks would be awesome... that's a little more than $0.08 per mile.  Net proceeds from the 3-Day fund innovative global breast cancer research and local community programs supporting education, screening, and treatment.  Please check out her website and click on the pink donation button on the top left.
