I used the 4th of July as an excuse to make cupcakes for the girls at work last night. It's kind of disgusting how much junk is consumed at that place. I used the recipe I said I would use the next time I made cupcakes.
They got gobbled up. I thought they turned out alright...still on the hunt for "the perfect cupcake recipe" though.
