hello bloggers

It's been a little while since the last post. Not a whole lot to talk about. No. I take that back, I've been pretty busy, there just hasn't been a whole lot of exciting things to talk about.

Except for a few things I guess...
Friday & Saturday, you could find me at the CK convention pumping out custom vinyl for scrapbook convention goers. I got to hang out with the TOM girls {well, some of them}, and even though were super busy and pretty chaotic most of the time, I still had a lot of fun!

Drove back after we got everything all taken down and loaded up.

Today, Cory & I tackled a few small chores around the house, and went to Home Depot & Lowe's.
We are faithful Lowe's shoppers. Every now and then we figure we'll give HD a try, and after walking around the store, not happy with any of the selection...we end up at Lowe's finding exactly what we need.
On our list today was:
  • snow shovel
  • bright motion-activated night light
  • fire extinguisher
All 3 purchased at Lowe's...and they have a better Christmas selection :)

Then we went to Costco. I love Costco. And I especially love Costco around this time of year...so much good stuff! :)

Now we're just relaxing.
He's playing video games, and I'm "surfin the net." Checkin' out craft blogs...getting inspiration and such. I found this website, delightfulblogs.com After you've caught up on all your favorites, its bad news because you know how one leads you to another...and to another...
Here are a few of of my favorite findings...

Free custom font creator website...pretty cool, might have to do that one of these days.

How to make paper out of dryer lint. Hmm, this looks like a fun little project.

Isn't this the most darling little owl stamp, found on etsy.

This pass the pigs game is adorable!

And if anyone needs a fetus shaped cookie cutter for their holiday baking, you can get one at stupid.com

Ok, enough for now.
We're going to try some caramel apple ice cream we made the other day. I don't know if I ever mentioned that our first attempt was a disaster. We'll see how this batch turned out.

Thank you, thank you, thank you! I have NO idea what we would have done without you this weekend! I loved seeing you, and still wish we could have kidnapped you and kept you!
